Since 2008 Britney Spears has been held in a conservatorship, this gives her conservator full control over her life, body and finances/estate. Conservatorships are typically used for SEVERELY mentally ill individuals or people in comas. Having been on 3 world tours with dangerous flying and fire stunts, it’s safe to say she is sane enough to feed and clothe herself. With this conservatorship she is unable to properly fight for her freedom as she isn’t legally allowed to hire her own lawyer. We need this petition so that Britney can hire her own lawyer and live a normal life as a 38 year old woman with two kids.

68% of the residents in our community are not satisfied with the current governance model and wonder if we can do a more efficient job.
An independent feasibility study would provide our residents with the financial snapshot required to make an informed decision on what our future would look like as a Municipality.
Becoming a Municipality we would work directly with the Ministry which would give the North Westside a much stronger voice and eliminate the RDCO bureaucracy.
Would the change in rules on land use and community development benefit us? Increase property values?
With independently maintaining our drinking water facilities could there be:
- Cost savings by negotiating our own service delivery agreements?
- Cheaper alternatives to the millions of dollars the RDCO is wanting to spend (i.e. point of entry filtration)

Jason Schilo Brown, of Reno, Nevada, has been accused of adopting dogs in order to torture and dismember them. Brown has pleaded no contest to seven felony counts of willfully torturing and killing an animal and two counts of possession of methamphetamine. When sentenced on October 1st, 2015, he could receive a maximum of 28 years behind bars.
Found in Brown's motel room were bloody knives and scissors, dog limbs, dog skins (including that of a newborn puppy), four dog heads in the refrigerator, and the decapitated body of a dog in the bathtub. Two of these dogs, Chihuahua mixes named Fernell and McGee, were given to Brown by a woman who had been trying to find them a new home. Brown is believed to have adopted the other dogs through Craigslist.
Brown previously confided in a close family friend that he was having urges of rage and had even killed a friend's dog. He went on to say that killing dogs made him feel high. When asked by the family friend if he was also having these urges toward humans, Brown simply said, "Dogs are good for right now."
If you believe that Jason Brown should receive the maximum penalty allowed by law, please sign this petition.

On June 2nd, Phil Savelli tortured and murdered a sweet ten month old Yorkie puppy named Coco. While his girlfriend wasn't home, he tortured the puppy for an hour by beating her, drenching her in water and putting her in the freezer until she froze to death. He then put the puppy back in her crate for the owner to find. All of it was captured on cameras in the house.
Phil was arrested in Highland Heights, Ohio, but he is currently out on bail.
Coco deserves justice, and we need to ensure this man will never have the chance to hurt an animal ever again.
