Petition to Ron DeSantis
Allow High School Graduations in Florida to Commence
As I watch my senior year and that of my fellow class of 2020 slip through our fingertips, I am called to petition to save high school graduation. We have dedicated 12.5 years to our education and we have earned this event. I am certain college graduation will be wonderful for many of us but not all of us have that as our plan. This event is symbolic of so much more. This was OUR year and our turn to create events we would remember for a lifetime. We have been robbed of so much from Senior Spring Break, last chance ACT/SAT tests, grad bash at Universal, sports seasons we trained for our entire lives crashing to an end and potentially prom being curbed. We don't want anyone to get sick and if these last 12.5 years living through 50 plus code red drills that taught us to follow procedures to keep our fellow students safe, we know how to create a plan to stay alive. Whether we live stream the ceremony to our guests at their homes while we sit 4 feet apart on our high school football fields with just our school admin there to let us speak, let us listen and let us say goodbye to the memories, we want it! The senior class of 2020 wants our final goodbye.
Petition to Gladys Berejiklian, Mark Speakman, Mat Kean, Luke Foley, National Parks and Wildlife Service, NSW State Government, National Parks and Wildlife Service - Protect the Snowies, John Barilaro, Animal ...
NSW Govt, under the Protection of Covid-19 will commence the slaughter of our Snowy Brumby
I’m sure I don’t need to highlight the national symbolism of the Australian Brumby in particular those the roam the high country and have done for over 180 years they were immortalised in The Man From Snowy River, they helped us to build (and defend) the nation we call home, they carried us through wars and are the last symbolism of freedom in Australia. However, there are a minority in this country with extreme views that they should be eradicated from the Kosciusko National Park (KNP) by all means necessary including helicopter culling these groups are headed mainly by the National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) and are supported by the ALP, the Greens, the Colong Foundation, the ANU, Fenner School and the Wilderness society and various national parks associations (ACT, NSW and VIC). I don’t need to remind you of the (very justified) public outcry of the events in 2000 in the Guy Fawkes National Park, when the NPWS under the Australian Labour Party (ALP) at the time butchered 600+ horses (and at the behest of the Colong Foundation in particular whose patrons have been and are Neville Wran and Bob Carr). Sickening footage of this event can be located easily on the internet, showing horses with their teeth blown out, mares shot dead while foaling and other horses with bullet riddle bodies, it was nothing less than a massacre and an event of international embarrassment and disgrace at the time when Australia had just again immortalised the Man From Snowy River and the Brumbies to an international audience at the Sydney 2000 Olympics. These wild horses are now an essential part of the ecosystem of the high country, they are not predators and have little to no negative environmental impacts as opposed to the wild dog and pig populations of which seem to get little attention from the NPWS. They have become a massive tourist attraction for those from the city and internationally that watched movies such as the Man from Snowy River and read books such as the silver brumby series when they were kids. We hold Banjo Patterson in the highest regard in this country for his literary work and skills in putting into poetry the world he lived in and the places he saw. It’s a shame we don’t hold such places and iconic symbols in the same regard to protect the culture of European Australia, as I fear in years to come all that the great achievements of the settlers of this country and the horses that took them there will be completely forgotten and a way of life reduced to another poem in a library or a video on “youtube” to show the next generation what it was once like. Please help stop this disastrous program and allow the brumbies to live, it’s now our turn to protect them, as they carried on their backs 3 generations of proud Australians during 3 different wars and built this nation we love, don’t allow them to be sent to slaughter because of some extreme left green views, stand up for what is Australian and the brumby is certainly that, before we lose the little things we have left that tie us to those that were here before us.
Petition to Minister for Health Simon Harris
Simon Harris to commence Parts 2 and 3 of the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015
Despite the passing of legislation 3 years ago, the Irish state has not yet commenced the provisions of the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015 that relate to donor-assisted human reproduction ("DAHR"). This delay has left many children, in particular, those born to same-sex couples, in a vulnerable position as their existing family relationships are not be recognised in the eyes of the law. Please sign this petition to ask Minister For Health Simon Harris to recognise that this issue is having a direct effect on many families of the state.

Fall Sports and School to Commence On Time
I have been reading and watching information about the Coronavirus with my parents. If I watch CNN or Fox, they each have different thoughts on students in school and how the Coronavirus affects people of different ages. I am learning very quickly that politicians play politics especially during an election year. Personally, I do not care what any of the politicians think. Since my mother is a nurse, we have been reading many articles and listening to people who are examining the Coronavirus all over the world. Most of my friends miss attending school and playing their high school sport. I watch people going to the grocery store, Lowes/Home Depot and attending protests. How can anyone truthfully know where they get the Coronavirus from or any other virus? We had a friend who was in ICU because of Coronavirus (she recovered) yet her husband never tested positive or showed any signs of the Coronavirus. When I look up the information on Coronavirus, the news is telling us how many have gotten the Coronavirus but doesn't discuss how many of these people fully recover and very few have to be admitted to the hospital. My point is allow each Family to decide what is best for them. If you want to go to school and play soccer (my sport) or any other sport then let us. If you decide to stay home and do virtual learning and not participate in sports then their decision should be allowed. Our society needs to learn how to respect each person's decisions. If I go to school and play soccer and get the Coronavirus then I will have to deal with the consequences not the school. My family would be willing to sign a document even though I do not understand how people can sue over Coronavirus when no other virus in the world is treated in this manner. If a student gets any virus in the future and can sue the school system or businesses, the future will be a mess. Again how does anyone really know where a person contracts the virus? The tracker systems say they can figure where a person gets Coronavirus however I don't know how they will know if I go to school, a restaurant, grocery store or home in one day where I actually got it. In closing, I don't want my senior year to be like the Seniors of 2020 where they could not attend school or play their high school sport. My family understands that each of you have a tough decision when it comes to Coronavirus. No decision will be completely right. If you choose virtual school then how many students are committing suicide, being abused more often at home or severly depressed. If you choose students to attend school, someone will sue the school system because this is what happens when lawyers are involved or an older teacher gets sick and dies. I believe if you allow each family to decide then the lawyers don't have solid ground for their lawsuit because virtual teaching was available and the families who are scared to send their student to school will get to stay home. People should get to make a decision to either "Live Life" or "Stay at home and feel more secure". I hope and pray that Fayette County's philosophy of "It's About Kids" is true and we get to decide to attend school and sports or choose virtual learning.

The commencement of in person lectures should go ahead for 2021 at Roseworthy Campus, these reasons include but are not limited to; Learning is better reinforced with eye contact and interaction Networking and forming lecturer-student relationship are an important part of our courses leading into future careers The cost of our degrees should cover in person teaching Our rural campus classes are smaller than those are North Terrace Many of us live together, attending lectures is no worse Constant sitting at our desks may have negative physical health implications The possibility of a sign up sheet (first come first serve) could allow for socially distanced lectures
Petition to NetherRealm studios, Capcom, WB games
Let the Fight Commence! There Can Only Be One Winner.
If you thought Alien v. Predator was big, hold onto your seat. A new rivalry is brewing, and it’s unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. Not since Batman v. Superman have so many millions of fans been on the edge of their seats… This is the showdown you’ve been waiting for since 1995, and it’s finally here: Mortal Kombat v. Street Fighter. NetherRealm Studios and Capcom have finally joined forces to bring you the bloodiest, most vicious encounter yet — a truly phantasmagoric mixing of forces, the likes of which the world has never seen! This new hybrid game will pit old brother Street Fighter, born in 1987, against young upstart Mortal Kombat, whose first edition came to life in 1992. Both feature characters with every possible armour and attack method conceivable to man, but only one can survive. The questions is, which franchise will get that big W? Fans have been waiting for this showdown for decades. Although both adhere to the industry-standard 3-Round format, they are different in many ways. One has a bowing bear, standing ringside at each fight. The other franchise takes us to exotic locales, such as deep jungle scenes, crawling with snakes, serpents and other venomous creatures. The questions remains — which franchise is tougher, which franchise demands more blood from its enemies? Let’s look at the firepower in each camp: Street Fighter boast an impressive array of characters, a veritable army of assassins, capable of eliminating even the hardiest of opponents. Nash, Birdie, Urien & Vega are a few of the male fighters who comprise the army of Street Fighter. There’s a reason this game is respected as the gold standard in virtual combat: these men are fearsome and wield incredible killing prowess. Despite a formidable troupe of angry male characters, let’s not forget the sexy charms of the femme fatale. Street Fighter has a sexy ensemble of assassins of the fairer sex, too: Laura, Karin & Rainbow Mika. Their taut loins and revealing costumes may lead us into a false sense of comfort as we oogle their fine wares, but rest assured — these ladies are anything but playful. One wrong move or cheesy line and you can be sure the hapless chap at the wrong end of their fist will rue the day he set eyes upon them! So, is Street Fighter the far and away winner? Before we make a judgement, it seems fair to look at Mortal Kombat’s line-up: With fighters such as Erron Black, Kotal Kahn and Sub-Zero, it’s no wonder Mortal Kombat is the most popular fighting game franchise of all time. Every single weapon imaginable, used in every configuration known to man, has been incorporated into game-play. There isn’t a way to kill your opponent that the developers haven’t thought of. But the question is — can this line up prevail in an all-out assault from Street Fighter’s legions of warriors? Taking a closer look at the female fire-power may reveal the answer. With deadly beauties like Mileena, Sonya Blade and Cassie Cage, you better not count out the Mortal Kombat women just yet. They will come close and seduce you with their heaving bosoms and seductive whispers, and just when you lean in for that passionate kiss you will feel warm liquid running down your chest: blood. They will slit your throat when you least expect it. These lethal assassins wrapped in female form are the most lethal in the realm, and they can certainly hold their own against anything Street Fighter can throw at them. So, the question remains — which force is stronger, which franchise superior? The truth is best embodied by the immortal words of Arthur Pangloss, grandfather of digital game design and founder of Mokbit Software: You won’t know until you play! Remember: ALWAYS GAME RESPONSIBLY. RELISH THE FIGHT, NOT THE OUTCOME. #YouWontKnowUntilYouPlay #MostWantedVideoGameCrossover #MKvSF #EverythingChangesIn2019

Petition to British Airways
British Airways to commence a Direct Flight to Kolkata, India (CCU) from London, UK
British Airways left Kolkata in 2009 due to low yield. Considering the significant upturn in fortunes of the city over the last 9 years, being the epicentre of British India with significant cultural, human and business ties, it's time to come back to start a direct route between London and Kolkata. A significant number of passengers travel between two cities using Emirates/Qatar/Etihad/Air India and a direct flight will only serve their cause. Additionally a large number of passengers travel to US cities from Kolkata which would provide them with a transfer at LHR/ LGW cutting their travel time shorter due faster connections and plethora of BA flights to US. This will also help large number of passengers travelling to or from UK to Kolkata taking advantge of British Airways extensive UK domestic network. British Airways should not have any problem with yields.

Petition to Jason Kenney, Deena Hinshaw, Government of Alberta, Alberta Health Services
Commence Scenario 2 for High Schools and Revise COVID-19 Guidelines in Alberta
We are requesting that the Government of Alberta commences Scenario 2 for high schools across Alberta—particularly in cities such as Edmonton and Calgary—and revise the ineffectual COVID-19 guidelines currently in place. As students across Alberta have begun attending their in-person, Scenario 1 classes, COVID-19 has become an increasingly worrisome challenge. Within the first two weeks of schools reopening, 16 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed throughout 16 different schools—six of them being high schools—and an outbreak has already been declared at one of them. We students are not only anxious about contracting COVID-19, but we are frustrated and angered by the lack of foresight and thought put into the precautions and regulations provided by the Government of Alberta. Over the past two weeks, I and countless other students and staff have experienced chaotic and unmanageable hallways, students with masks carelessly placed under their noses, crowded classrooms of sniffling children, and so many more instances that demonstrate the uselessness of the current regulations in place; they are unreliable and careless. Schools may be able to force students to wear masks, but they're ineffective at preventing students from wearing their masks incorrectly, or enforcing them to wear them at all outside of school. Schools aren't even able to enforce social distancing guidelines, whether that be outside, in the hallways, or even in the classrooms. COVID-19 cases throughout Alberta have only continued to rise since the beginning of the school year, in fact Calgary alone had experienced an increase of almost 300 active cases the week prior to schools reopening. Cities surrounding Calgary and cities such as Edmonton have also seen an increase in COVID-19 cases as schools have begun reopening. I loathe online learning. I cannot stand its distant and isolated nature. But our ability to learn cannot be at the expense of the safety of others. There are reasons that many universities are mostly or entirely online for this school year; why should their same level of safety not be replicated for other students across the province? Commencing Scenario 2 would mitigate the difficulties we've faced with online learning in the past. It would also allow for precautions and regulations to be more easily followed within schools. The reality is that COVID-19 is to be expected as schools reopen for the fall, but it cannot be viewed as an inevitability. The simple fact that we are able to apply protocols in schools to make students and staff safer but choose not to is negligent and careless behavior. We cannot allow this pandemic to continue longer than it must, and we are currently failing. It is not too late to prevent another quarantine. It is not too late to prevent the deaths of people whose deaths could have been prevented. It is not too late to prioritize the health and safety of students who are fully capable of learning with the resources accessible to them. As winter approaches and these flawed guidelines continue to be followed, we are not only at risk of going back to online classes indefinitely, but we are elongating the period of time that this virus must remain with us. The current AHS protocols, as we enter flu season, will see mass absences across the system. Scenario 2 would allow for adequate adjustments in the reduction of spreading the common flu which would see more successful online exchanges and systems.
