[ENGLISH] Legislate KAPAMPANGAN as the OFFICIAL LANGUAGE of the Province of Pampanga and its Municipalities!!! Isn't it ironic that the Kapampangan Language does not enjoy official language status in its home province and that there are no existing legislature to protect, safeguard and promote it?!?
