is an International Scammer. He's levied negative impacts on lives all across America and around the world. Thousands? Hundreds of Thousands? Millions of people? We need to find out. I have been gathering loads of info on him. Throughout the past five or six years, I have done several intense web searches a year on . 99.99% of what is written about him, by other people, is of him being a scammer. Also, I have only been able to learn the names of eight to twelve other people who are or were  employees of Federal Development, LLC or his other Federal named LLCs.  He claims to have an active, massive body of employees - and would need them to complete the many multi-million dollar projects he pretends to be able to develop. Several people who worked for , as interns, have posted scathing reviews of 's companies, on the Internet, and say they each quickly quit because it is so blatantly dishonest there. One of 's attorney's recently quit a lawsuit trial case that Federal has - against a California community - saying that "representing Federal would put me at odds with the California Bar Association's code of ethics."

's companies are nothing more than a virtual entity, using virtual offices, and are mostly maintained solely by . The majority of what he says he has he doesn't have.

He pulled a massive scam on my local - Fort Howard, Maryland - Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Property, which negatively effected thousands of veterans like me. He was supposed to create a mixed-use development project there - named "Bayside at Fort Howard" - worth hundreds of millions of dollars. He created and presented elaborate project plans, held a ground breaking ceremony at Ft. Howard, with powerful politicians and VA Officials in attendance, then abandoned the project. During those years - 2005 to 2009 - he also bid on projects and created and presented plans for, six-to-ten, similar projects all over the world. The VA cancelled their Fort Howard lease with  in 2009, but he still maintains a website for "Bayside at Fort Howard". On that website is a form for sending in deposits for nonexistent rental units. Before he lost the lease,  had accepted deposits of hundreds or thousands of dollars each from over a thousand veterans. A few got their deposit money back, some did not. There is no one in the VA who knows how many vets were or were not reimbursed.

 continues to promote himself using multiple global references that are absolute falsehoods. On websites he publishes, he claims to be a Master Developer, Property Manager and/or Asset Manager for properties all over the USA and around the globe. I have contacted many whom he makes these claims about and whom he declares to be good references for him. They all say he really messed up their lives, crippled their communities and continues to do so.

Do a web search for "" + "Federal" and you will find all the info on him needed in order to know that he may very well be the most accomplished international con artist ever. He might be the most massively destructive individual in history, when it comes to messing up other peoples' lives and crippling communities without waging armed war against them. He is a Super Scammer.

 continues to work his scams everyday. He may be anywhere in the world, and his victims live all around the world. He must be stopped and made to pay for wrongs he has committed.
