Sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of fiscal year 2012 codify into law the indefinite military detention of any person without charge or trial. This is an unprecedented attack on our civil liberties as spelled out in the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
