Petition to Sonali And "The Uprising"   We oppose the gentrification and displacement of the 8:00 AM Morning Mix show on KPFA with a network show "Uprising" hosted by Sonali Kolhatkar from LA.  We believe that the need for local community /labor programming in prime-time is a key factor in building support locally and regionally for KPFA and all Pacifica Stations. We call on Sonali  Kolhatkar, the host of Los Angeles based "Uprising" to respect the needs and concerns of Northern California listeners of KPFA and Pacifica and not allow her program to be substituted for  the Morning Mix on KPFA between 8 AM and 9 AM. .  We pledge to boycott listening to the 8:00 to 9:00AM if the replacement of the local Morning Mix continues.
