We appeal to American Legion Post 269 of Emerson, New Jersey, owners of the property, and the Borough Mayor, Council, and Adminstrator of Emerson, New Jersey, to maintain intact the historic 'Peter DeBaun House' in any future redevelopment of the site for whatever purpose."
