To the Nether community, Puppet was the PHO that addressed issues and showed the most interest in what us (the players) thought. In our opinion, he was the Community Manager for this game because as a player it is very important to be heard and receive feedback. Puppet gave us that feeling and sense of our voices being heard because He would take the time to listen and respond to the community. Puppet also showed great interest in helping to stop the current hacker situation that plagues Nether, when no other PHO has given us that feeling.
