This is important because it is just the type of game that would generate a lot of interest among WiiU users. Nintendo systems have been the home of some of the best multiplayer experiences, and this title would be right at home on the WiiU.
Namco is working on the new smashbros, and therefore have a better relationship with Nintendo than they have in recent time, why not cement that with some significant multiplatform support.
