Demolish 14 Blevins Place as part of phase 3 of Regent Park Revitalization

Demolish 14 Blevins Place as part of phase 3 of Regent Park Revitalization
The Issue
14 Blevins Place has become derelict over the years. Residents cite issues with poor building maintenance such as leaks, a malfunctioning elevator, infestations of mice, cockroaches, and bedbugs, etc. To maintain the building as a heritage site commemorating the property as a housing project for over 50 years, is to maintain the building as a reminder of the poor living conditions and neglect that residents have endured all these years, and does not at all fit with the theme of revitalization. 14 Blevins Place has well-served its usefulness, and as community members we do not want to see the preservation of this building for any use moving forward.
Please take a moment to sign the petition, and help to get 14 Blevins Place demolished so that development can continue. If you are comfortable, please sign your address as well for the reference of the City Planner addressed.
