返還阻止したいです！レスキュー前のハイジ

 

一般社団法人レスキュードアニマルネットワークのレスキューされた犬猫について 

まだ横浜地方検察庁の判断が出ていませんが、起訴・不起訴に関わらず保護された犬猫は所有権がレス キュードアニマルネットワークにあり、レスキュードアニマルネットワークが所有権を放棄しないとレスキューさ れた犬猫たちが返還をされる可能性があるのは理解しております。

ですが、動物愛護法では体罰は虐待とされてます。 また署は昨年の3月に書類送検、さらに同容疑で7月に再び２度目の刑事告発を受け11月に逮捕。

河合容疑者と団体の書類送検は神奈川県動物愛護センターも把握されてます。

河合氏は犬猫の生態も躾方法も素人なのは一目瞭然。 そして、体罰（虐待）を止めないと公言していますので、犬猫を戻せばまた直ぐに動物愛護法に違反する事になります。

環境省の作成した

『動物虐待等に関する対応ガイドライン』に

「動物が虐待されていたとしても、その動物が行為者により飼養されている場合、動物の所有権は行 為者にあることから、必要に応じ行為者が所有権を放棄するよう積極的に働きかけること」と書かれているのを拝見しました。

動物愛護法が定める『数値規制違反』もしているレスキュードアニマルネットワークに犬猫を飼える理由がありません。

虐待で心身に大きな傷を負った子たちが今やっと安らかな生活を送っています。 どうか、同じことの繰り返しにならないようにしたいです。

一度目の検察の不起訴にも納得出来ないし何より体罰は止めないと愛護団体がそれで良いのでしょうか？

神奈川県知事、藤沢市も把握しているのに何故きちんと動かないのか？

動物も私達と同じ赤い血が流れてます。返還となればまた躾と称して体罰されるホントやめて頂きたい

This is about dogs and cats rescued from the “Rescued Animal Network “ in Japan.

Yokohama district public prosecutors office has not given a judgement decision yet, however, regardless of the prosecution or non-prosecution, dogs and cats are understood as property of Rescued Animal Network due to proprietary rights in Japan, and they maybe returned to them unless Rescued Animal Network doesn’t abandon their proprietary rights. 

Physical punishment is considered an abuse. Police sent a document in March last year, and the owner, Kawai, of Rescued Animal Network received the second criminal charge in July and got arrested.

It is clear that Kawai’s methods of training dogs and cats are amateur’s. He violated the animal protection laws and will violate it immediately again when animals are returned to him. He has declared openly that he would not stop physical punishment to dogs and cats. 

The ministry of environment has said in correspondence to the animal abuse, 

“They are pressuring to work on it positively topersuade him to abandon the proprietary rights of the animals. “ 

There is no reason for the Rescued Animal Network to keep the dogs and cats abused by them.

Children who are abused and suffered a big wound physically and mentally have been protected. Same thing should be applied to animals. 

Please support to prevent them being returned to be abused again. 

I cannot understand how he was not prosecuted for this in the first case either. 

Would you feel okay to see those dogs and cats put back to be abused again?

We really want to stop them being returned to the horrible place.
