დიდი ხანია ცხოველების მონიტორინგის სააგენტო ბოროტად იყენებს თავიანთ უფლებებს ცხოველებისადმი, რაც გამოიხატება ჯანმრთელი ცხოველების "დაძინებით", ძაღლების მოპარვით (პატრონის ან მიმკედლებლის ნებართვის გარეშე წაყვანით), მათი გასტერილება/კასტრაციით (ზოგ შემთხვევაში პასუხისმგებელი პირის გარეშე), რაც ყოველთვის სავალალოდ, ჭირის აკიდებით სრულდება. თანამშრომლები ნაოპერაციებ ძაღლებს, ნაკერებით და ხშირად ჭრილობა-გახსნილებს, ქუჩაში ყრიან და ასე იცილებენ მათი მოვლის პასუხისმგებლობას თავიდან. ძირითადად კი, თუ ე.წ. ინგლისური მარილის საკმარისი რაოდენობა აქვთ, კლავენ. 

მოაწერე პეტიციას ხელი, თუ თვლი, რომ:

1. ცხოველთა მონიტორინგის სამსახურზე სახელმწიფომ მკაცრი კონტროლი უნდა აწარმოოს.

2. ცხოველთა მონიტორინგის ბიუჯეტიდან ცხოველებზე გამოიყოს მეტი თანხა, რომ უკეთესი პირობები შეუქმნან ცხოველებს და დაავადებების გავრცელებას ხელს შეუშალონ. 

3. ცხოველთა მონიტორინგის სამსახურმა იზრუნოს აყვანილი ცხოველების გაჩუქებაზე მათი დახოცვის ნაცვლად. 

4. დაეკისროთ ჯარიმა ან სამსახურიდან გათავისუფლდნენ თანამშრობლები, რომლებიც შემჩნეული იქნებიან ცხოველების მიმართ ბოროტ ქმედებაში. 

5. ცხოველთა მონიტორინგის სააგენტომ და სახელმწიფომ ერთად აწარმოონ სოციალური პროგრამები ქუჩაში დარჩენილი ძაღლებისა და კატების თავშესაფრებში განსათავსებლად. საჭიროა ასეთი პროგრამების შექმნა მოსახლეობის ჩართავის მიზნითაც და მათი ცნობიერების ამაღლება ცხოველთა უფლებებზე.

It has been a long time since Animal Monitoring Agency in Georgia, Tbilisi uses its rights cruelly towards animals. They kill a lot of healthy dogs, steal them from their owners and without any permission the agency personal castrate them, that is not of course an issue, however after castration most dogs get plague and afterwards they are killed. Otherwise the agency personal leaves the newly operated dogs in the streets with their wounds open, in very poor conditions, instead of taking care of them until they get healthy. Most animals end up to be killed with English Salt that the agency is known to use for killing animals economically. 

Sign this petition if you think that:

1. The State of Georgia should control Animal Monitoring Agency stricter. 

2. The agency should spend more money to create better conditions for animals and interrupt spreading of different deaseses. 

3. Instead of killing animals, Animal Monitoring Agency should try to find new owners for them. 

4. The coworkers, noticed in cruel actions toward animals, to be fined or fired from work. 

5. Animal Monitoring Agency and the State to create social programs to help homeless animals find shelters. At the same time they should involve people and higher their understanding in Animals Rights.
