The solar companies left last night thinking that they had won the battle. The Solar/ Industrial Power Plants amendment failed on it's FIRST vote. After, an impassioned plea from a citizen, pointing out how many people had signed on to the petition , who showed up in support, and who had worked to get this amendment passed, a commissioner decided to change her vote from no to YES! The first vote was rescinded. The amendment passed on the second vote!

THEY WILL BE BACK to challenge this amendment.
