Over 30 Town Waivers requested by Etchstone. Request from Etcstone for a 10 foot buffer to our precious wetlands. Request from Etchstone to run gas, sewer and water lines under the wetlands. Enormous fee discounts from Pepperell DPW for all 20 houses proposed. Please attend this meeting to send a message. This project will negatively impact our neighborhood and town.
