There is a scheduled interview on Face The Nation with our current Governor, Sunday, February 24th. I have composed an email I would like for each of you to consider submitting to Face The Nation. Dear Face the Nation,
As you conduct your interview with Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, please know there is an active petition to have her impeached for Treason currently circulating with 60,000 signatures and climbing.
We The People of New Mexico would like to kindly ask you to direct a few simple questions and facts to the Governor.
Fact #1: We do NOT support her decision to sue our President, Donald J Trump!
Fact #2: We are in fear of our safety and property from invading illegals and we therefore demand a wall be built at our southern border!
Fact #3: There are currently 14 NM counties that have adopted a 2nd Amendment resolution and more to follow. Almost every sheriff of our 33 counties is against any gun bill she has presented.
Question #1: Do you know the definition of the word; infringed?
If she refuses to answer or answers incorrectly, please inform her it means;
Actively break the terms of, or act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on.
Question #2: Do you know the definition of, Qualified Immunity.
If she refuses to answer or answers incorrectly, please inform her it means;
A legal doctrine in United States federal law that shields government officials from being sued for discretionary actions performed within their official capacity, unless their actions violated "clearly established" federal law or constitutional rights.
Once she is made aware of the legal definition of “Qualified Immunity”, please inform her, “shall not be infringed” IS “clearly established” in our Constitutional Rights.
