Citizens of the state of New Mexico,
Hello and thank you all for your continued support!

I have been getting a lot of emails and comments concerning the House Speaker, Brian Egolf's decision to turn a blind eye to our petition.

Please know that I am working diligently on this and have contacted a few Constitutional Attorneys.
Concerning our request to investigate Governor Grisham for the crime of "treason", we believe Mr. Egolf is deliberately committing a crime of 'Omission' with his statement, "no way, forget about it". Therefore I am providing the legal term of Omission;

An omission is a failure to act, which generally attracts different legal consequences from positive conduct. In the criminal law, an omission will constitute an actus reus and give rise to liability only when the law imposes a duty to act and the defendant is in breach of that duty. In tort law, similarly, liability will be imposed for an omission only exceptionally, when it can be established that the defendant was under a duty to act.

To any media outlet or reporter that has made an attempt to contact me, please leave a message and I will return your calls.
To the harassing and threatening individuals trying to stop us, we will prevail!

To all the fine people of New Mexico that have emailed, called and messaged me, THANK YOU for your continued support and remember, this is OUR state, this is OUR country and our voices WILL be heard!
John Daniel
