It has been a while since I provided an update regarding my case. I’m happy to inform you that Michael Bentkover has finally addressed my concerns and requested the video and channel URLs to investigate the matter. However, despite sending him the links, I have not received a response or any conclusion from him.

For the past two years, I have been emailing him. He recently sent me a message stating that he never received my responses. This indicates that my emails are not reaching him, causing significant delays in resolving this issue. What is even more disheartening is that other representatives at WBD have been unable to assist. Even though I reported this issue, they confirmed that Michael did not receive any of my emails but are unwilling to forward the necessary information he requested.

As a result, I have decided to reach out to him via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, I do not have his number, and no one is willing to provide it to me. Therefore, I kindly request that if anyone can retrieve his number from the website linked below, please send it to me at the email address provided.
