So we didn't reach our goal. On the 29th of May 2019, T-Series not only surpassed PewDiePie, but became the first YouTube channel to reach 100 Million Subscribers. It is disappointing this title has gone to a company but as PewDiePie described in his video “Ending the Subscribe to PewDiePie Meme”, the meme had gone too far. We did not shut down T-Series, but thanks anyway to the 153 supoorters
