Wild Games CEO, Stephane Woods, issued a (half) apology via their game's steam discussion page and withdrew their copyright claim to the WTF Is Day One: Garry's Incident original review done by TotalBiscuit. "Wild Games Studio sincerely apologizes to TotalBiscuit and anyone who felt that their freedom of speech was denied." However, this still leaves the issue that any company can issue out false copyrights claims in YouTube to content creators and without little to no evidence of infringement.
