The operator of this channel presents himself globally under an academic guise as a "Professor of Clinical Psychology". However, official documentation obtained from three distinct academic institutions - Southern Federal University, South East European University, and London Metropolitan University - directly clarifies and contradicts these claims regarding his verified academic status, credentials, and institutional affiliations.

This systematic misrepresentation circumvents YouTube’s strict safety perimeters designed to protect vulnerable audiences from unverified health and psychological misinformation. The channel actively targets a highly vulnerable demographic, specifically focusing on individuals seeking help and crisis intervention for severe trauma and complex psychological distress. 

Furthermore, serious safeguarding concerns have been raised by independent advocacy and survivor networks regarding the dissemination of psychologically hazardous content that poses an acute risk to individuals in states of heightened vulnerability. Automated flagging algorithms consistently fail to recognize this overarching pattern of ambient, psychological harm when obscured by clinical terminology.

This petition is not a matter of personal debate or censorship. It is an objective demand for digital safeguarding and platform accountability. We call on YouTube to independently review the evidence regarding fabricated credentials and enforce appropriate compliance actions, up to the permanent removal of the channel network, to fulfill its mandatory duty of care toward viewers worldwide.
