I know the positive impact Karate had on me, my brothers, cousins and friends growing up. Sharing this knowledge with my friends, family and the community of Hollis is a continued passion. Lets face it, those who need it most can't afford to get MMA or Boxing training, Bring them to me. Veterans and the Elderly please come and share your story with me as we workout. I have a special place in my heart for the neurodiverse, as my youngest son has autism. I learn from all of you just as much as you learn from us. Our sensei and coaches continue to volunteer our time and resources but we need your help to expand. We are a New York Nonprofit Organization known as Undefeatable Sports Foundation inc.
