I want to say thank you to all who have taken the time to view this Petition, both who have signed and those who have not signed. 

NOTICE: If there is anything about the Petition that you would sign if it were different, please let me know. The signatures are only a part of it, to get the ball rolling on getting the attention of others so that the Governor will see that it is known among many people what goes on in these places and then we can negotiate the details of the Petition.
