Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska has officially confirmed she’s co-sponsoring the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) — the same type of legislation that has undermined free speech in the UK and led to arrests for online expression.
While her letter admits that Alaskans and internet users are deeply concerned about censorship and privacy, KOSA still opens the door to mass data collection, facial scans, and government-approved speech filters under the guise of “safety.”
The Digital Liberty Act (DLA) stands in direct defense of our constitutional rights online — ensuring that privacy, expression, and creative freedom are never sacrificed in the name of control.
