On 26/6/2020 Kpop girl group BLACKPINK released a music video wherein which one of the members (Lisa) can be seen seated on a throne whilst a statue of the Hindu god Ganesha is placed on the floor by her feet. In Hinduism, Ganesha is one of the most important deities and is a symbol of wisdom and art amongst Hindus. Therefore to see him placed on the floor was an extremely disrespectful act as we Hindus would never ever do that and we never keep statues of him at ground level. YG Entertainment and BLACKPINK need to issue an apology to the whole Hindu Kpop fan community for this to be resolved so please sign this petition to support us �
