Since launching this petition, we have witnessed relentless attacks on disability funding:

• The gutting of IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act)
• The elimination of the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services
• The latest budget deal jeopardizing emergency infrastructure for disabled individuals

Every funding cut weakens our communities and puts millions of lives at risk. Reducing or eliminating disability services is a direct attack on our right to live.
