Hello Trail Lovers,

One of the most beautiful things about open spaces is the ways they bring people together, and the Yamhelas Westsider Trail, despite all its setbacks has certainly done that.

It has been inspiring to watch the way you all have come together in support of this incredible project. But despite our best effort, I know many of you have been, like me, frustrated by the way some of our county commissioners have prioritized a small group of their personal campaign donors over the majority voices of their constituents. That's not right. 

A few of our fellow community members have put together a letter writing campaign to draw attention to the repeated ethical violations of Lindsay Berschauer and Mary Starrett, and their bad-faith selling out of the Yamhelas Westsider Trail is front and center. 

If you can, please take a moment to zip over there and lend your support. Together we can make a difference. And when you're done I hope you can get outside to enjoy this lovely weather while it... never mind, there it goes. ;)
