New School, one who cares. 

Hello,

I wanted to update the 104 people who have taken the time to support my son in his annoying adventure.

Most of ALL believing me. Because I have 500 friends on Facebook who did not. 

I contacted an organization called DATSMOM in Alabama who put me in Contact with a lawyer who in fact looked at all my evidence and took my case. I dont have to pay her a dime, the district does. Life Academy was supposed to follow special education laws and they did not.  They are being held accountable. 

His new school, is giving him a 1:1.aide while being tested for his IEP.

Thank you all again for standing beside us. 

I am still waiting on the results of the formal complaint i filed on Associated Psychology.  In July they told me he didnt have Autism and nothing was wrong. He indeed has level 3.
