Hi, My name is Xavier F. Frazier, I am the son of Gregory T. Frazier.  My father was murdered on 09/09/2016 by officers Zachary Hasson, 22, and Andre Landells, 26 of the Broward County Sheriff's Office.  Both Hasson and Landells are still on administrated paid leave.  After I petitioned the city of Pompano Beach Board of Commissioners  as to why these two individuals were not yet indicted and better yet getting paid after having committed murder (where there was no threat posed), Major Hale of BSO informed me that the decision to remove them from paid leave was to be made by the sheriff himself, Sheriff Scott Israel.  This petition is an attempt to help him make that decision!
