SUBSIDIZED LOW INCOME HOUSING

FOR SENIORS

50 villa style units are proposed for this site. While subsidized, low income, senior living

will initially occupy the development, in 15 years it could revert to any other type of low

income housing, per state guidelines. Developments like this negatively affect the value of

our properties. There has been NO IMPACT STUDY done to determine the additional

burdens on traffic or to our tax base and how that would affect tax dependent services like

schools, law enforcement, fire and ambulance.
