So far, to date there have been 12 road traffic kills with cats trying to cross the busy bypass of the A264.  I, like many many others, feel that if there was some sort of fencing or barrier along both sides of the bypass, it will reduce the number of fatalities dramatically.   The stretch of rd in question runs between Breezehurst Dr roundabout and the roundabout up from that, heading towards Horsham. We have also lost 4 of our own cats to this particular part of the bypass. It needs to be made safer and unless someone takes action against the council, we are going to continue to loose our beloved fur babies to that rd. Stand by me and fight. Something needs to be done!!
