🚨 BREAKING: CHAZZ'S HEARING – EMPTY DEFENSE TABLE. NO ATTORNEY. NO TRANSPORT. NO DISMISSAL. ‼️⚖️

Today's minute order just dropped – and it reveals a complete collapse of Chazz's representation.

What the record shows:

❌ Chazz NOT transported – again. No presence. No voice. No due process.

❌ NO defense attorney appeared – The minute order lists "Paul Rogers, Public Defender" as representing Chazz, but every other person in the courtroom is noted as "present" – except Rogers. The defense table was empty.

❌ Judge Yellin continued the case anyway – to June 22, 2026 at 8:30 AM – with no lawyer, no defendant, and no explanation.

❌ The fraudulent "retained attorney" entry is gone – County Counsel Donald Kevin Dunn is nowhere to be found. No special appearance. No "retained" label. Just a phantom public defender who never showed up.

This is what happens when the system has no answer:

They'll use any lawyer's name to keep the case alive – while Chazz rots in a Level 3 prison on a vacated conviction.

We called the Public Defender's office. Paul Rogers didn't answer. We left a message. A bar complaint was filed against him by our team.
