We have a major update in Chazz Jackson’s fight for justice. A critical court hearing has been scheduled for Friday, November 7, 2025, where a judge will consider overturning Chazz’s conviction under the California Racial Justice Act.

The evidence is undeniable: a judge and police officers used explicit racial bias to secure Chazz’s conviction. Now, the court has the power to right this wrong.
