🚨This is how the system fails. This is how justice is delayed.
Despite a detective's sworn testimony that "male blacks often recruit prostitutes," the court will not yet free Chazz. Instead, it has decided there are "disputed facts" and has ordered another hearing.
Let's be clear: The racist statements from the judge, the detective, and the expert witness are not in dispute. They are right there in the official court record. Every day this conviction stands is another day the system endorses this racism.
THE NEXT HEARING:
🗓️ Date: November 7, 2025
⏰ Time: 9:15 AM
📍 Location: Orange County Superior Court, 700 W. Civic Center Dr., Santa Ana, CA
🏛️ Department: C45
⚖️ Judge: Richard M. King
We need every supporter who can to be there. Pack the courtroom. Let the judge and the DA see that the world is watching.
