📢 COURT GRANTS ANOTHER DELAY – JUSTICE DENIED FOR CHAZZ

Today, the court issued a *60-day extension* to the District Attorney’s Office, pushing their deadline to respond to Chazz’s habeas petition to June 27, 2025. The court claims DA Holly Woesner needs more time due to “voluminous records,” her workload, and scheduled time off.

THIS IS A TACTIC. NOT JUSTICE.

The DA’s office is fully staffed. They could easily assign another attorney instead of letting vacation plans and poor planning keep Chazz waiting in prison. The court had the power to deny this delay—but chose not to.

Chazz has already suffered years of wrongful incarceration. Every day this drags on is another day stolen from his life. We will not stay silent while the system prioritizes bureaucracy over truth.
