**FIGHT FOR JUSTICE: CHAZZ JACKSON**

We need to talk about how **Chazz Jackson** was convicted based on the color of his skin and not on the facts. The transcripts are clear.

In Chazz's trial, **Anaheim P.D. Detective Paul J. Delgado** stated, *"Male Blacks often recruit and look for prostitutes..."* This quote (highlighted in the image) is loaded with racial bias, clearly illustrating how systemic racism played a role in convicting an innocent man.

Detective Delgado’s racial animus toward people of color is undeniable, and it had a direct impact on Chazz's wrongful conviction. **Nothing short of racist.** This is why we're calling for **#JusticeForChazz** and fighting for the dismissal of his case!

On **October 25**, **Orange County Superior Court Judge Richard M. King** will be reviewing all the documents, including this one. We are hopeful the court will see the injustice Chazz has endured for **10 years** and finally give him the freedom he deserves.

**Stand with us, demand justice, and help us fight to free Chazz Jackson!**
