To whom it may concern,

We understand the financial crisis that Wright State University is currently facing. We are here to request that the lot 20 Raider Ride buses continue to run during the Spring 2019 semester. We understand that the buses will still be discontinued at the start of the Fall 2019 semester. Please consider running the buses for one more 16 week semester so that all students may continue to park in the places which they have rightfully purchased parking passes for.  

The majority of students have already scheduled their classes based upon where they have purchased parking passes at the beginning of the Fall semester. We understand that Wright State is planning to add more student spaces in place of faculty parking slots but that that will not happen until Fall 2019. Many of the Raider Ride drivers do not know if they have a job next month (including United States military veteran(s)).

We come to you to plead for an extension of the Raider Ride lot 20 services for just one more semester. For the good of all commuting Wright State students and current Raider Ride bus drivers. Please give us a chance to finish the school year parking where we have purchased parking passes for. Thank you for your consideration.
