Dear fox friends,

thank you so much for signing the petition - you enabled me to keep the foxes safe during the construction. I have now completed my film about this urban fox tale and am excited to share it with you.

"Ophelia's Secret Garden" is a 30 mins documentary that features the successful cooperation with the building company Cheesmur that listened to our advice on how to keep foxes safe during the construction on the foxes former safe and secret habitat.

This film unearths the story of how the fox family coped with the changes to their environment.  Filmed with motion-activated cameras over an 18 months period, we experience the challenges urban foxes face from their perspective. The film demonstrates what ethical construction looks like and aims to inspire humans to be a voice for wildlife.  

The 10480 signatures this petition collected was an importnat stepping stone in the campaign to protect the foxes on site and educate the builders.
