Hello global rugby community,

I will keep this short as I know we are all exhausted entering year three of this global pandemic.

In short, the NCAA Board of Governors will meet this afternoon to discuss their current transgender inclusion guidelines, as they're facing an onslaught of right-wing pressure to ban transgender athletes from collegiate sports. We know what a fundamental difference sport makes in an athlete's life, and we're deeply concerned that after years of forward progress, the current guidelines -- which were developed with expert guidance to ensure fairness and non-discrimination -- will be rolled back. 

We urgently need voices from current and former NCAA athletes, coaches and athletic staff in support of transgender and nonbinary NCAA athletes.
