2nd Yulin meeting request.

Jul 21, 2018 — Dear Friends: Just a quick update. One month after the heinous Yulin Dog Meat Festival (6-21-2018), we still have not heard back from the Beijing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries office about our request for a meeting with Yulin officials. We have submitted a 2nd request today. We know that this is a difficult, long-term situation, but thanks to your support, we now have over 3.3 million signatures to present to them.
