Dear Supporters,

We wanted to send a quick reminder about the final opportunity to share your thoughts and concerns on the three Woollahra Council strategy documents affecting water sports and open spaces:

• Plans of Management (Generic/Lyne Park)
• Recreation Strategy
• Play Space Strategy

The last pop-up session event, where you can directly engage with the Council, is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, March 29, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at Steyne Park (adjacent to the rotunda).

Our primary concerns include:

Fenced playgrounds should be designed and constructed away from the foreshore, especially when located near a public ramp used for water sports.

Public ramps should be clearly publicised and have signage.

Water sports should be recognised and promoted.

If you are unable to attend the pop-up session, we encourage you to visit the Woollahra Council website and share your thoughts online through the 'Your Say' platform by April 3, 2023.
