Hi everybody!

I want to thank everyone for their support, signatures, and willingness to publicly align with such an important initiative. The petition continues to grow, maintains an above-average response rate, and is rated "strong".

I want to make you all aware of an edit to the petition on the 8th of April 2026.

Previously, the petition urged Ambulance Victoria to implement the requested change.

I have now strengthened the petition by targeting the Australian Resuscitation Council, and I implore all relevant ambulance services to address the issue.

This broadens the scope of accountability while keeping the petition specific to the fundamental issue of equality in society.
