Further update from the council. When will they understand that this isn't about the law, it's about animal welfare. Wokingham council have the right and the power to save hundreds of dogs' lives and they are CHOOSING not to. This is their latest statement: "I am afraid that until the law is changed the Council’s position will remain as stated, Linton Pets are not breaking the law and as such are entitled to be licensed.
