Hundreds of dogs go through the albury Wodonga pound every year. Many of them not desexed, not microchipped and more than likely not vaccinated which leaves these dogs to be exposed to the deadly parvo virus. It is a hideous virus, highly contagious and extremely deadly if not treated,,, 

.If every dog were to be vaccinated with C3 on entry to the pound, regardless of the status of the animal  then the risk of the virus spreading and can be almost eliminated .

I would like to see the councils put some of the money they collect in fines towards a programme to vaccinate every dog that arrives at the pound.
