Residents Step In Where Developer Won’t — Our Progress So Far

Developer requested driveway permission from residents in February… then disappeared.

We’ve now submitted photographic evidence and a formal letter to Planning, citing breaches of Conditions 18, 21 and 22, including gravel surfacing, drainage risk, and missing driveway access to critical infrastructure. Residents are left sweeping the road weekly to prevent damage to drainage.  

Response requested by 1 August.   Images submitted: gravel dispersal, drainage hazards, and unfinished substation access.   Developer remains silent, despite requesting written consent to complete driveways five months ago.
