The organizers of  the NO TO NIS & PENSION BILL March, wishes to thank Barbadians for having the courage to show their disapproval of those 2 Bills on the streets on Saturday.  We are saying PULL BACK DAT BILL and until we are heard, we will continue seeking signatures for the petition against these 2 bills. We will also continue to stage peaceful Rallies and Marches throughout the length and breadth of Barbados. We are therefore seeking police permission for another March on Saturday, Aug. 19th. 10am from Massy Car Park near Kensington Oval. We believe there are components of those 2 Bills that are particularly oppressive to the poor and elderly in our society and we therefore will not relent.

For those in Brooklyn NY, we wish to hold a protest at some location to be determined. More details tomorrow.
