This Year’s Board Election Was Rigged for Silence — Write In Kenny Jin
Why It Matters
Here’s how this election was set up:
- Board President Chris Foresto did not file for re-election, but no public announcement was made
- His decision only became clear after the petition deadline had passed
- At that moment, only one candidate filed: Jennifer Camhi
- Camhi ran and lost last year in a contested race against two sitting board members
- Now she claims she had no idea Foresto wasn’t running
But if she did think he was running, it raises a serious question:
Why would someone who just lost file again against a popular board president who wasn’t likely to lose?
The timing doesn’t add up. The process wasn’t transparent.
Now the district is expected to accept a three-year seat handed to a JTA- and PTA-backed candidate with no questions, no engagement, and no public accountability.
That’s not an election. It’s a pre-arranged outcome.
The Write-In Option
Jericho residents now have one chance to reject this insider process and restore community control.
Kenny Jin is stepping forward — not as part of any group, but as a parent and independent voice who believes in transparency, real public input, and honest oversight.
He doesn’t owe anyone. He’s not backed by the JTA or PTA.
He’s running to represent you — not them.
