You still have time to write a letter about this issue and request an email confirmation. Please have it submitted by 12pm, Monday. ALSO--If you have already written council about this matter it is IMPERATIVE that you re-send your email and again request an email confirmation!!
We need to be on the safe side to make sure that our letters are included in the agenda packet by Monday by 12 pm and that they are read by all involved. PLEASE SEND ASAP. THEY ARE OVERWHELMED BY PUBLIC COMMENTS AND HAVEN'T ATTATCHED ALL COMMENTS TO THE AGENDA PACKET (AT LEAST THAT'S WHAT WE'VE BEEN TOLD). They said they would have them attached by Monday.
