To Whom it May Concern,
It has recently come to my attention that Kenosha Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger (Member ID: 1027874) appears to have engaged in several unethical practices which may constitute prosecutorial misconduct during the recent State vs Kyle Rittenhouse trial including:
- Intimidating a witness in order to coerce him into modifing his witness statement,
- Informing the FBI to not turn over potentially exculpatory evidence to the defense,
- On multiple occasions, attempting to reference or ask questions about evidence that was ruled inadmissible in pre-trial hearings,
- Attempting to establish guilt by commenting on the defendant's 5th amendment right to silence.
- Introduced evidence to establish "provocation" knowing that the evidence introduced doesn't depict what was actually occurring.
- Using an expect witness whose employer, the Wisconsin DOJ, is not accredited for video/audio analysist to analysis video/audio -which ended up being incorrect.
Such actions have severely undermined my faith in the fairness of the justice system in this state, and as such I am requesting that a full investigation be made into Mr Binger's conduct, and any appropriate actions be taken to ensure that this does not occur again.
Thank you,
A concerned citizen.
