19-014768 - Unit 902, Officer 135

Officer dispatched for a caller stating there was a "domestic incident" occurring at this location with [Thomas Binger] yelling in the background. Upon arrival, officers spoke with [redacted by us] and Thomas Binger who indicated they had an argument and [redacted by us] bit him [on] the back but declined medical treatment and indicated he did not want anything done and wanted to leave. Both parties were separated and Thomas was allowed to leave back to his residence in Racine. Log entry only.

We believe that every incident, every case, every issue that Thomas Binger had any role in should be reviewed immediately by an independent investigation to ensure that his potential other prosecutorial and domestic violence victims are provided the justice that they deserve.
