Edward is now in prison as of july 28th 2021, After being maliciously prosecuted edward has been convicted an sent to prison because he is a African Americaan who choose to invoked his second amendment an utilize his carry to conceal license while inder the threat of death not only was his life on the line but so was his brothers edward. Before this situation he was a model citizen he paid taxes, he took care of his children full time, what is mind bottling about Edwards case is he was out minding his business trying enjoy a night out when he observe a gang of guys breaking into his vehicle when he confronts the guys he an his brother a argument happens. Edward reverts his brother as seen on camera only to be viciously attacked by these same individuals at the time of the attack Edward was supposed to be wearing a sling as prescribed by his doctors 4 a dislocated shoulder an a line fractured collar bone Edward was scheduled to have surgery for his arm  a week after the incident happened on August 14th 2020 so physically hw was unable to defend his self. Edward was given an excessive bond that went against his 8th amendment one hundred thousand dollars cash bond even though there was no real evidence to bind him over at his arraignment hearing. He was the investigator perjured him self during trial because his report contradicted his testimony yet it was allowed he also was not given the opportunity to be judged by a jury of his peers there was 1 african American juror who was well over Edwards age bracket the other 11 jurors were Caucasian who held bwen led to believe that Edward was a dread head violence black man Edward was told that because some jury members were also fire arm carriers he would have a fair chance at trial.
